Who we are

My name is Reid, and put simply - I LOVE dogs. Hanging out with dogs has been my passion since childhood, and there’s nowhere I’d rather be on an adventure or just lounging at home with my dogs.

Dog training was mostly a hobby of mine from the time I was in elementary school. I attended obedience classes with my pet dogs, volunteered with a therapy dog organization, and even helped raise a handful of service dogs. In my teens, I enjoyed dog walking, house sitting, and volunteering with local rescues - all part of my mission to meet and help more dogs. When I moved away to go to college in 2016, it only made sense to keep up house sitting and dog walking to help make ends meet. Little did I know that this was the beginning of The Wild K9.

From obedience class with my first dog in 2009 to walking reactive, fearful, and aggressive dogs as a college student to today, I’ve grown as a dog owner and a trainer. I have decades of experience in just how dogs can transform our lives, and I am so excited to be able to offer this experience to members of my community. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend and help your relationship grow.
